My professional background combines marketing, communication and technology. After working in several marketing, communication and IT-related roles, I started my own company, db8 Website Support, in 2005.

With db8, I help companies and organisations with Joomla websites, PHP development and Linux servers. My work ranges from building and maintaining websites to migrations, security, performance optimisation, custom development and solving complex technical problems.

Over the years, I have also co-founded several other technology projects. Each started with a practical problem and the idea that technology could provide a better solution.

My work has changed considerably since 2005, but the basic idea has remained the same: understand the problem, find a practical solution and use technology where it actually adds value.
