Joomla Presentations
Joomla is a widely used Open Source Content Management System (CMS) for building and managing websites. I have been working with Joomla since it was first released in 2005 (and before with Mambo CMS). During all these years I have built many websites, tested new features and extensions, and helped other Joomla users.
Since 2006 I have given many presentations about Joomla at national and international conferences, JoomlaDays and Joomla User Group meetings. My presentations cover a wide range of topics, from new Joomla features and best practices to advanced technical subjects for developers and website builders.
I also co-organize the monthly Joomla User Group Arnhem-Nijmegen (JUG Arnhem-Nijmegen), a local community for web designers, developers and Joomla users. We meet every month, except during the summer break, to share knowledge, exchange experiences and help each other solve Joomla-related problems. During these meetings I regularly give presentations, mostly about technical Joomla topics, development techniques, useful tools and practical solutions.
