Meshtastic - open source off grid communication

Meshtastic is an open-source communication system. It uses long-range LoRa radios to exchange text messages and location information over a mesh network, even without a cellular or internet connection.
It is ideal for off-grid applications such as hiking, camping or emergency situations, and can be controlled via a smartphone app.
